Every individual has their unique travel objective. With our vast experience in planning and running treks and tours in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India, we will ensure that your journey has been meticulously designed to meet your individual travel needs. Besides the scheduled trips listed under “Featured Trips”, all our trips are fully customizable – barring any flight or entry restrictions.
We will design the first and second itinerary for you without any obligation to book. When you contact us, please remember to provide as much information as possible about your expectations for the trip. After we have designed two itineraries for you, we will happily design more itineraries once we receive $500 as trip deposit.
Deposit is non-refundable. So if you cancel prior to departure, forfeit non-refundable deposit (and regional airfare payments)
No refunds for unused services once trip begins.
However, if you cancel your trip a month prior to departure for a valid reason, we will apply your deposit and/or final payment, after deducting any expenses we might have incurred (Bhutan and Tibet have higher cancellation charges), to another trek and tour that you must participate in anytime in the future.
If a lock-down occurs just prior to the trek, the deposit and other payments will be valid for any trek anytime in the future.
* Cancellation policy for some trips may differ in which case they are outlined in the trip description page. Also, if your trip includes stay at hotels such as the Dwarika’s or Yeti Mountain Home etc with stricter cancellation policies, there will be additional cancellation charges.
BOOKING A SPOT ON A TRIP
To book a trip:
Email us a completed reservation forms (download form)
A color copy of your passports (needs to have validity of at least 6 months after your travel dates).
A 20% non-refundable deposit. Deposits can be paid by wire transfer or through our website.
Additionally, if your trip involves flights to Lhasa in Tibet or Paro in Bhutan, the full cost of airfare is required with the deposit payment. Once we receive your deposit, we will confirm hotels, vehicles, flights and staff for your journey and will send you a confirmation via email.

Deposits can be paid either by wire transfer or with a credit card (only North American clients) through our website.
Balance is payable either prior to arrival by bank wire transfer/credit card or on arrival in Kathmandu either in cash or by credit card (Visa only).
